One of the biggest challenges that we face every time we make a decision about the future, is how that decision is going to effect the unseen aspects of that specific change.  Now that might seem like a mouthful, but it really is a challenge to be able to see how the repercussions of something will pan out in the end.

In order to make everything work as smoothly as possible, some decisions have to be made for the benefit of the group as a whole, which some people might take as an insult or a slap in the face.  However, that is how life goes sometimes.

Each one of us has a common goal in mind.  It is to make the Fond du Lac Yacht Club the best it has ever been.  Each one of us plays an important part in molding the organization into what each of us believes is best in our own eyes.  We each bring our own unique talents to the table and learn from one another as we go.  Some people take a very active role and others pitch in here and there.  No matter how much or how little we contribute, we have to remember that some people are going to take the lead and some are going to follow.

The last Webmaster Minute spoke of change.  Here too we see that change is inevitable.  But just as the goose goes...if we have as much sense as a goose, we will stay information with those who are headed in the same direction.
